I am pledge to keep all my sessions confidential between me and my client, except if the client shares that he/she has a plan to kill him/herself, hurt other people or if I am mandated by a judge to break confidentiality.

Rijo mi práctica profesional por el Código de Ética del Estado de California para psicoterapeutas clínicos, el cual me exige guardar total confidencialidad de mis casos y de lo que se habla en mis sesiones. Mi obligación de confidencialidad sólo puede ser rota en caso de que mi cliente tenga intenciones serias de suicidio o de dañar a otra persona o sea yo requerida por un juez a hacerlo.
